My website is down and I cannot access it

Sometimes your website can appear down but this might be isolated to you only. As part of KIJO Cloud we have security measures in place that will block access to a website if you enter your password wrong on multiple occasions within a short space of time. Therefore we advise checking that your website is truly down first.


How to check if your website is down

  1. Use a device on a different network to your current one for instance if you are using Wi-Fi try to use 4G on your phone.
  2. We monitor all websites on our KIJO Care packages for uptime you can check the status of your website here: https://status.kijo.agency
  3. You can also check your websites uptime using this free tool: https://www.uptrends.com/tools/uptime

My website is still down

Creat a critical ticket for the following issues only:

  1. Your website or app is down and is not accessible.
  2. You are unable to take orders for your eCommerce platform.
  3. Your enquiry form is broken.

Please note: If your issue does not qualify as critical based on the above 3 points. We will move it to the normal ticket system and deal with it accordingly.
