Create Critical Ticket
You can create a critical ticket for the following issues only:
- Your website or app is down and is not accessible.
- You are unable to take orders for your eCommerce platform.
- Your enquiry form is broken.
Please note: If your issue does not qualify as critical based on the above 3 points. We will move it to the normal ticket system and deal with it accordingly.
Follow these steps to create a critical ticket:
- Click the chat button in the bottom right of these page OR email critical@kijo.agency
- Include the following information:
- Website URL
- Description of the issue
- Screenshot
- You will receive a reply via email. You can reply to the email or come back to this page and click the chat button to view your tickets.
