Create Critical Ticket

You can create a critical ticket for the following issues only:


  • Your website or app is down and is not accessible.
  • You are unable to take orders for your eCommerce platform.
  • Your enquiry form is broken.

Please note: If your issue does not qualify as critical based on the above 3 points. We will move it to the normal ticket system and deal with it accordingly.

Follow these steps to create a critical ticket:


  1. Click the chat button in the bottom right of these page OR email critical@kijo.agency
  2. Include the following information:
    1. Website URL
    2. Description of the issue
    3. Screenshot
  3. You will receive a reply via email. You can reply to the email or come back to this page and click the chat button to view your tickets.
