KIJO Care as a service is focused on maintaining and supporting WordPress websites not bespoke applications. This article sets out the exclusions of the KIJO Care service and the reasons behind them.

The reasons for this are the following:

• Due to the complex nature of app development this requires different developer skill sets which are not always readily available to fix tickets at short notice.
• The complexity of apps means that it requires a lot more investigation and testing to triage an issue.
• The time involved is often variable and therefore cannot be managed via a fixed price package.

For this reason we recommend app customers retain hours with KIJO which we can use for issues that come up. Please speak to one of our account managers if you are interested in having an app retainer.
