How do I leave feedback in Figma

We use Figma to design and prototype your project. Figma is the most advanced tool for this job. It allows the KIJO team collaborate and create a high quality visual design for your project.

To ensure that your feedback can be actioned correctly please follow these rules:

  1. Create 1 comment in Figma for each piece of feedback. Don't leave multiple items of feedback in 1 comment as it becomes difficult to understand what it relates to.
  2. Be as accurate as possible with the cursor placement. This will indicate what the comment relates to. If this is in the wrong place then we might not know from the comment alone what this is for.

  3. Click on the area you would like to leave feedback, this will prompt a text box to appear.

  4. Type in your feedback and press enter. Create a Figma comment for each piece of feedback. Avoid adding multiple pieces of feedback to 1 comment as it becomes difficult to understand what it relates to and also mark it as completed.
  5. When successfully done you will see the speech bubble icon over the section you selected.
