How do I use a content plan to create content?

The Content Plan is a document built based on the agreed Site Map of your website.

Please, use it to create and provide the copy.


Here is how to use it:

  1. Edit the document by dropping in the content below each section in the plan so we can see what content relates to what section
  2. Use the glossary provided in the content plan if you are unsure of any terminology
  3. Follow the character counts provided for each section to ensure the content is fit for purpose both from a visual and an SEO perspective
  4. You should include the target keyword in the H1 for that page
  5. You should include a mixture of the target keyword and related keywords scattered through the H2s and body copy on each page
