How do I leave feedback on Development live testing links?
To keep everything organised and efficient, we don’t take feedback via Word documents or emails. Userback gives us all the key details — like your screen size and browser — so we can resolve issues faster and avoid unnecessary back-and-forth.
We use Userback to collect feedback directly on your website during testing. It’s a simple tool that lets you comment on specific parts of the page, highlight issues, and attach screenshots — giving our team all the context we need straight away.
All feedback submitted through Userback is automatically added to an Asana project, where our team can quickly review and action it.
When you receive your live testing link, follow these steps:
- Open the link in your browser.
- In the bottom right-hand corner, you’ll see a blue “Feedback” button.
- Click it to open the feedback panel.
- Choose whether to leave a general comment or report a bug.
- When adding a screenshot, you can click and drag to draw a box around the specific area you’re referring to — this makes it easy for us to see exactly what you mean.
You can also upload additional screenshots or a short screen recording if needed.
