How long have I got to add feedback?

At the end of each project stage, we will ask you to review, test and leave your feedback.

It is important you do it within the agreed time range, if you miss the deadline we might not have immediate availability for your project, which may impact the project timeline and delay the Go Live date.

1. You will have an average of 2 weeks to leave feedback before we move the project forward.
2. At the Design Stage, you will need to add feedback using Figma's comment functionality (Go to ✓ How do I leave feedback on Designs in Figma article).
3. At the Development Stage, you will add feedback using the Userback feedback widget (Go to ✓ How do I leave feedback on Development in Userback).
4. There are between 1 and 2 revisions of the Design Stage, you can find details of revisions available to you in the Project Specification document.
5. There are no revisions for the Development Stage, as we will be following the approved Designs, however, there will be time for testing and leaving your feedback on any bugs and issues you may find.
