Who should I contact to discuss my KIJO Care ticket & where can I view previous tickets?
To reply to a ticket you do one of the following:
- Reply to the ticket email. This email will automatically be added to your ticket.
- Click the message widget in the bottom right corner to open the chat box. You can then click previous conversations. From there you can add a reply.
If you have a new unrelated issue please open a new ticket either by emailing support@kijo.agency. or using the message widget in the bottom right corner.
