Who should I contact to discuss my KIJO Care ticket & where can I view previous tickets?

To reply to a ticket you do one of the following:

  1. Reply to the ticket email. This email will automatically be added to your ticket.
  2. Click the message widget in the bottom right corner to open the chat box. You can then click previous conversations. From there you can add a reply.

If you have a new unrelated issue please open a new ticket either by emailing support@kijo.agency. or using the message widget in the bottom right corner.
